You have the right to a repair, replacement or refund for faulty goods or services under Australian law.
For a major fault the customer can often choose their remedy ie refund, replacement etc.. Minor issues are at the discretion of the business.
You will have 30 day satisfaction guaranteed return period for hearing aids. They must be returned in good working order and a refund arranged will be arranged. Please note for any amount over $1000 your refund could take up to 30 days to process as a small business. Bundaberg Hearing Aids and Tinnitus Treatment Clinic will cover the postage, from our office to the manufacture, for service or repairs. Devices can then be picked up at 7 Takalvan St Bundaberg West 4670 or posted to a nominated address at the cost of the consumer.
All hearing aids come with a 3 year parts and labour warranty. The return for credit rate is very low as as we often do a trial or demos of the hearing devices prior to sale and provide adequate time for programming and training.
Where possible and with notice we will try and organise a loan set of hearing aids during repairs, if you are part of our maintenance program for hearing aids.
