Bundaberg Hearing Aids and Tinnitus Treatment Clinic only collects information that is relevant to your personal history and treatment potential medical treatments.  The Law, including the Privacy Act 1988, protects your personal information.  Counsel Ear our Data management program is stored on Australian Servers.

In order to access funding such as Medicare and the Hearing Services Hearing Aid Program, Veterans Affairs, NDIS ECT,  some of your information must me updated into their systems, such as DOB, Full Name, Pension Card Number for example. Generally, a report will be sent to your referring GP with your results.  A copy of your results is given to yourself on request.  You may receive communications from us via SMS, Email, Letters to advise of appointments and other relevant information.  You may opt out of Communication for advertising at any by advising us.  Bundaberg Hearing Aids - does not sell your information to any 3rd parties, and follows best principles and is guided by the Privacy Act 1988.

As per our Privacy Policy at Bundaberg Hearing Aids You may opt out of all communication or all non essentially communications, at any time by contacting us in person, email, or phone.  Without consent there are some services we may not be able assist with such as administering hearing aids through the Hearing Services Program or Medicare rebates.
