Bundaberg Hearing Aids and Tinnitus Treatment Clinic only collects information that is relevant to your personal history and treatment potential medical treatments.  The Law, including the Privacy Act 1988, protects your personal information.  Counsel Ear our Data management program is stored on Australian Servers.

We may share once consent is obtained your results and personal information supplied to govt departments such as Department of Veteran Affairs, Office of Hearing Services etc.  Generally, a report will be sent to your referring GP with your results.  A copy of your results is given to yourself on request.  We may also share your information such as address and name for advertising i.e. mailouts to Australia Post, Offers Via your email etc.

You may remove consent at any time by contacting us in person, email, or phone.  Without consent there are some services we may not be able assist with such as administering hearing aids through the OHS system, or Medicare rebates.  If you wish to opt out of advertising our you may do so in the same manner.
